Founded in 1969

Regarded by many as one of the premier preschools in northern Westchester, our intimate, multi-age classroom and educational program is founded upon the principles of Montessori philosophy. For over 50 years we have welcomed families from New Canaan, Stamford and Ridgefield (Fairfield County, CT),  Bedford, Katonah, South Salem, North Salem, Bedford Corners, Chappaqua, and Pound Ridge (Westchester County). ​We are proud of our diverse community, with families from many different backgrounds, religions, races and cultures. Our PRMS parents are an incredibly supportive community and enjoy a variety of social activities outside of school.
